Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If you have any concerns about product condition, errors or omissions, you must contact our office within five days of receipt of the shipment. Products may be returned to correct errors or omissions on the part of EMS Safety Services.

We accept merchandise for exchange or credit within 30 days of shipment if in original package, unused, and in salable condition. Please contact our customer service department at (800) 215-9555 for return instructions.
